About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving Occupational Health Services, promoting a culture of well-being and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Occupational Health Service, ensuring it meets the needs of employees and is aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters, identifying and mitigating risks to employee well-being.
  • Line manage a team of Occupational Health professionals, promoting professional development and excellence in service delivery.
  • Liaise with senior management to inform policy and procedure development, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a positive work environment, fostering open communication and trust.
About You
  • You hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health) degree or equivalent, with significant experience in the field.
  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional registration is essential.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or leadership training are advantageous.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
