Job Title: Examination Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and organized Examination Supervisor to oversee exams throughout the academic year. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in supervising children, have excellent communication skills, and be flexible to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate registration and checking of exam details.
  • Supervise the distribution of candidate numbers and materials.
  • Prevent student communication during exams and maintain a secure environment.
  • Facilitate the smooth running of exams by enforcing school and examining body guidelines.
  • Coordinate the placement of seating plans and ensure necessary materials are available.
  • Distribute question papers, answer booklets, and materials at the beginning and end of exams.
  • Accompany students leaving the exam room and prevent communication with others.
