Job Description

As a Homecare Assistant Professional at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while developing your skills and knowledge as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, following individual care plans and supporting them with daily activities
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations whenever possible
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in social care or a related field (not required but beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
