About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Psychology graduate to join our team as an SEN Support Assistant. As a key member of our school's support staff, you will work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists to provide high-quality support to students with diverse special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To have a calming and nurturing nature around vulnerable children
- To assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students' learning
- To be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children
