About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our team in Sainsbury's kiosk in Northwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products.
  • Accurately label products to ensure lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance.
  • Be a skilled multitasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
  • Highly organized with a focus on forward planning.
  • Early riser as shifts can start at 6:00am some days.
