We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at JW Lees, a proud family-owned brewery with a rich history spanning nearly 200 years.

As a Head Chef at JW Lees, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our exceptional quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a talented kitchen team to achieve 5-star scores on the doors
  • Develop and implement creative menus, ensuring that every dish is cooked to perfection
  • Manage stock control practices, ensuring that inventory is maintained at optimal levels
  • Mentor and develop team members, passing on your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
