Overview

Sirius Talent Solutions is an award-winning Business Travel Management Company. We're looking for a skilled Travel Program Implementation Specialist to join our team and help onboard new business clients.

About the Role

This high-impact, client-facing position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of travel management systems, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.

You will oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new business wins, from initial discovery and contract handoff through to system configuration, training, and the final transition to ongoing client support.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel management.
  • A proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients in a travel management environment.
  • A strong understanding of corporate travel programs, policies, and the technologies used to support them, including booking tools, expense management, and reporting platforms.

Your Skills

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and manage complex implementations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with an ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with corporate travel booking platforms (e.g., Concur, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, etc).
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • BASIC knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

Location

This role is based remotely, ideally in mid/south England.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
