**Job Title:** IT Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in IT and wants to develop their skills in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting over 15,000 members of staff with IT issues and requests across various site locations
  • Providing technical assistance via phone and remotely or physically troubleshooting issues
  • Managing IT projects and supporting these along with daily duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Good Communication Skills / Ability to Work as part of a team
  • Customer Service Experience / Troubleshooting PCs, Laptops & Printers / Troubleshooting Software and Mobile Devices

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Cardiff and Vale University Health Board
