Job Title: Material Controller

We are seeking an experienced Material Controller to join our team at Forward Assist Recruitment. As a Material Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the station is compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements regarding the receipt, storage, and issue of aircraft parts and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Aviation Logistics/Stores, with knowledge of Goods in inspection and airworthiness certification being an advantage. You will also possess a high level of IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft systems, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity, and accompanied by correct release documentation. Booking on to QUANTUM System, placing items that fail inspection into quarantine, and liaising with airlines to resolve discrepancies.
  2. Maintain stock levels correctly.
