MCG Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead GP to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team and contributing to the development of the practice's clinical strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the practice team. You will be expected to mentor and support junior doctors, as well as contribute to the development of the practice's quality improvement initiatives.

Key Highlights:
