Senior Client Growth Lead

As a Senior Client Growth Lead at Arius Recruit, you will be responsible for driving long-term success and business growth for high-value clients.
Key responsibilities include leading key client interactions, communicating between internal teams and external clients to provide tailored solutions, and developing and executing strategic account plans to deliver short, medium, and long-term value for clients.
You will use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and help clients maximize the value from our solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to align company offerings with client needs, and help drive impactful results.
About You
- Strong commercial acumen with experience calculating ROI for high-value clients
- Leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing internal stakeholders
- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive customer-centric initiatives and work on multiple high-pressure projects
- Strong understanding of technology, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development
- Experienced in presenting and influencing senior-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
Package
- Salary up to £65,000
- Hybrid working model: 2-3 days a week in the office
- A clear path for career progression to Chief Client Officer, leading the Client Success department within next 3 years
