Job Title: Electrical Installation Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at Bath College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment in Electrical Installation, ensuring our students receive the best possible education and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning programs that meet the needs of our students and the industry.
  • Plan and deliver assessments that meet examination requirements and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Conduct regular assessments of student learning through observations, practical assessments, and exam/assignment marking.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of learner assessments and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 (e.g. GCSE) English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • A nationally recognized qualification, at least to level 3, or equivalent, in an Electrical discipline.
  • 18th Edition, 2nd Amendment qualification.
  • TAQA Assessor Award (or willing to work towards).
  • Teaching Qualification (or willing to work towards).
  • Safeguarding & Prevent Level 1 certificate or willingness to work towards this.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
