About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Audit and Advisory team at Hamilton Barnes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit and advisory services to our clients, while also assisting the Head of Consulting Services with running the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering audit, advisory, or strategy services to clients and providing leadership to the consulting team.
  • Interacting with the sales team to ensure new business is scoped appropriately for delivery.
  • Managing customer engagements and being responsible for the quality and timeliness of work delivered.
  • Delivering high-quality engagements to clients and delivering real value to them.
  • Being responsible for the audit, advisory, and strategy financial targets and understanding how these impact the overall department budgets.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of security or IT experience.
  • 5 years of information security consulting experience (desirable).
  • Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor qualification(s) or other relevant information security qualifications.
