We are building a world-class business bank account to help businesses expand globally, and we need a strong Product Manager to join us.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for making it simple and delightful for businesses to manage their account, including reimagining how they manage access for their team members and keep control of their employee expenses.

The role involves working closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to create a great experience for SMBs, making their experience with Wise seamless and efficient.

  • You will contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal by figuring out and building solutions for our customers to move money instantly, conveniently, transparently, and for free.
  • You will build world-class products with a global impact, and come with us on the journey to supercharge our business account and take it to the next level of growth.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in solving problems for small businesses and come with a wealth of insights into how businesses manage their money.
  • You know how to deliver a 0-1 launch or a step change in an existing feature, and get your team and peers to buy into your vision.
  • You have a strong sense of UX and a strict attention to UI details, and are data-driven, prioritizing the value you can add to customers.
  • You have a good technical understanding, and are able to effectively frame problems to influence across the team.
  • You are not afraid of being a true lead, helping your team with hiring, learning skills you don't know today to unblock things everywhere needed.

Our Offer

  • Base salary: 88,000 -110,000 GBP gross annually (based on experience & interview outcomes)
