Job Responsibilities:
As a Sushi Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products. You will accurately label products, ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance. You will also be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment, able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required. Additionally, you will be organized and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety for our customers, clients, and colleagues.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, and able to demonstrate initiative. You will be flexible with a 'can do' attitude, always happy to help customers with a smile. You will be able to work as part of a team or on your own, maintaining high standards at all times. You will also have pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning. You will have a good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies. Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning is also required.
