Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Sushi Artisan to join our team, where you will play a vital role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our discerning customers.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every dish meets our high standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the workspace, ensuring a secure environment for our customers, clients, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Acknowledge accurately labelling products, ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be skilled at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company policies
- Paid fortnightly salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
