Care Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic and caring leader to join our team as a Registered Branch Manager in Stevenage/Hertfordshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our DCA Office and ensuring that people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments
- Recruit and induct new colleagues
- Complete supervisions/appraisals
- Complete medication competencies and medication audits
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
- Complete quarterly audits and reports
- Effectively manage the services P&L
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
