Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Stevenage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes.
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues to join our team.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports to inform service development.
- Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care management role.
- Willingness to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
