About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Seven Rivers, a care and nursing home in Great Bromley. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our customers with physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to customers with physical disabilities
  • Order and administer medication, ensuring safe storage and recording information in accordance with internal procedures and NMC guidelines
  • Lead a team of support staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the shift
  • Support ongoing assessments, observing changes in health and well-being, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support customers with physical care, personal hygiene needs, and daily tasks
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5)
  • Understanding of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance
  • Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures
  • Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required
