We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Seven Rivers, a care and nursing home in Great Bromley. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medication, wound care, and personal hygiene.
- Lead a team of support staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the shift.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, observing changes in health and well-being, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support residents with physical care, personal hygiene needs, and daily tasks.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
- An understanding of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance.
- Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
- Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
