Financial Reporting and Operations Role

Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting and Operations professional to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash flows, including bank transfers, invoice financing, and exchange rates
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts and weekly financial KPI reports
  • Calculate sales commissions and maintain fixed assets registers
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and year-end accounts, as well as design and prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Provide holiday cover for purchase ledger and credit control tasks

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in finance, with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and exposure to accounting software. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with finance and non-finance professionals. AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications are desirable.
