**THE ROLE**

Reporting to (and supported by) our Head of Operations you will be an integral part in the team, working collaboratively and closely the Commercial, Finance and internal Operations teams as well as external agencies and partners, communicating with the relevant stakeholders to ensure forecasts are accurate and evolving in-line with the fast-paced Start-up environment. using historical sales data, uplift from promotional activities, forecast accuracy performance and business targets to challenge where necessary through clear analysis and rationale to ensure accurate SKU forecasting.

You will also develop and optimise ways of working and feed into the local &; global Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) Process.

**YOU WILL**

+ Ensure all Demand Forecasting and S&OP activities are completed for all A+B products.
+ Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to evaluate factors that will influence demand and subsequently develop an unbiased and unconstrained forecast over a 24-month horizon within IBP.
+ Own the consolidation of all channel forecasts and translate to presentation format in volume and value.
+ Deliver forecast accuracy & BIAS targets.
+ Support supply planning to deliver on time and in full dispatch to customers at optimal inventory levels through confidence in the plan and by ensuring key forecast decisions are made with the appropriate amount of lead time to ensure successful execution.
+ Maintain IBP master data and drive improved ways of working within the system.
+ Own and present demand consensus clearly identifying the gap between demand and financial forecasts along with aligned Risk and Opportunities.
+ Execute and feed into the S&OP Process by producing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from data and subsequently coordinating all actions and lead the continuing development of the S&OP process ensuring all stakeholders understand their role and responsibilities within it.
+ Ensure execution of a detailed schedule of activities within the S&OP cycle.

**YOUR SKILLS + EXPERIENCE**

You will need to be highly analytical with a high level of proficiency in the use of Excel. To be successful in this role, you will further need:
+ Experience in a Planning / analyst role with a focus on S&OP (or related area)
+ SAP experience - IBP, APO and ERP needed
+ Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to run highly effective meetings.
+ Some FMCG experience (desirable).
