Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Activity Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As an Early Years Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, structured sports, art, and play activities to our Early Years children, ensuring their welfare and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging activities for our Ultimate Activity Juniors, aged 4-5, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Welfare and Safety: Continuously promote the welfare and safety of the children in your care, adhering to all policies and procedures on camp.
  • Pastoral Role: Take a key role in maintaining the welfare of the children, welcoming new children into your group, and liaising with the Early Years Leader and/or parents as necessary.
  • Supervision: Supervise and engage with the children outside of activity times, recognizing the individual needs of each child.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Early Years Leader and other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Qualifications: Confident instructor with good organizational and communication skills, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
  • Personality: Enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible, with a passion for working with children and developing their skills through play and activity.
