About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Services Professional to join our team at Ipsum Group. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of commercial activities within the business area/projects they support. This will involve working closely with the Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors to maintain accurate records, analyse data, and provide effective commercial support.

In addition to administrative tasks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business improvement projects, develop your skills through management development training, and work on leading-edge initiatives that drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to transition into a commercial role to gain valuable experience, develop their skills, and progress their career.

Requirements:
  • A 2:1 bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and results-driven performance
