Product Specialist Role

We are seeking a professional and confident individual to join our Product Specialist team as a Product Demonstrator. The successful candidate will be based in the office but will require regular UK and international travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-to-one and group training to users
  • Provide system demonstrations to prospective clients in English and Bengali
  • Support user groups, meet training needs, and analyze and troubleshoot issues
  • Act as an ambassador of TPP, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Bengali
  • Experience in a training or customer-facing role
  • Background in a healthcare setting advantageous but not essential
