About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Demonstrator and Trainer to join our team at Tussell Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and demonstrations to our customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and group training sessions to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Present at sales meetings and conferences, demonstrating the functionality of our products and showcasing their value proposition.
  • Support user groups, meeting training needs, and providing analysis and troubleshooting services as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training content, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Travel extensively across the UK and internationally, representing Tussell Limited at conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a training or customer-facing role, with a strong background in product demonstration and training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Full UK driving licence, with a willingness to travel extensively.
