Job Description

We are looking for an experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Mental Health Ward Manager. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide individualised care and treatment to our patients, utilising least restrictive practice principles and safe practice to support their recovery.

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, and a proven track record of leadership skills. They will also have experience working in a similar environment and a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise
  • Leading the nursing team and promoting good teamwork
  • Maintaining high standards of care and ensuring they are followed and improved
  • Utilising and supervising all nursing staff effectively
  • Being an expert resource on nursing care and holding a key role in the multidisciplinary team

Location: Sturt's Ln, Walton on the Hill, Tadworth KT20 7RQ

Estimated Salary: £49,220 per annum
