Your Mission

As our Technical Lead for Data, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution that drives us toward this goal. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, and senior stakeholders across the organization. You'll also work hand-in-hand with our Head of Data to define Bud's data strategy and take on line management responsibilities for a small team of data scientists/analysts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical development and implementation of our data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of talented data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the data science and engineering landscape.
  • Champion data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

You are a passionate and experienced data leader with a proven track record of success. You have a deep understanding of data architecture, modeling, and analysis techniques. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
