We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a lovely Primary School in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-to-one setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support to a student, promoting their confidence and academic growth.
- Collaborate with educators to develop engaging and productive learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist in classroom management and implement behaviour strategies.
- Develop teaching resources to enhance the learning process.
- Previous experience supporting students with SEN.

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with others.
- Patience and adaptability to excel in a dynamic classroom environment.
