About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Highcroft Hall Residential Home in the West Midlands. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by planning and delivering a variety of leisure and social activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to enhance the overall care experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of activity programs that promote resident engagement and participation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
