  • Performance Planning: Work with design and technical staff to plan each live performance, considering factors like sound quality, lighting, and stage layout.
  • Playlist Creation: Create playlists for special shows and events, showcasing the best of current and emerging talent.
Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: Excellent understanding of the current live music scene across multiple genres, with a keen eye for trends and opportunities.
  • Industry Experience: Ideally have experience working for a radio station, record label, or broadcaster, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Self-motivated, confident, and creative, with experience using programming/scheduling software and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
