Mobile Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract for CBW Staffing Solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team as a Mobile Maintenance Plumber. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

  • Repairing Toilets and Sinks
  • Unblocking Toilets
  • Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Pipework inspections and repairs
  • Minor installation works
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site
  • Planned and reactive works
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of commercial buildings
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other trades to achieve common goals

Requirements
  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Full Driver's license
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Good communication skills
  • Client-facing experience
