Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract covering Farnborough and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing Toilets and Sinks
  • Unblocking Toilets
  • Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Pipework inspections and repairs
  • Minor installation works
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site
  • Planned and reactive works
Requirements:
  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Full Driver's license
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
