Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Field Service Engineer to specialise in the maintenance and support of garage and workshop equipment.

This full-time role with Additional Resources Ltd offers an excellent salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 and opportunities for overtime.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance checks and providing breakdown support for a variety of equipment.

Occasional overnight stays away from home may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing maintenance checks and repairs on garage and workshop equipment
  • Providing breakdown support and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient equipment operation

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Engineer, Lifting equipment engineer, Garage equipment engineer or similar role
  • Strong maintenance knowledge of lifting equipment, oil lubrication systems, and air systems
  • Familiarity with site health and safety regulations and current lifting standards
  • Ability to interpret CAD drawings and product manuals
  • Full UK driving licence
