Customer Service Representative - Waste and Recycling

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the waste and recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
