Customer Service Opportunity in Waste Management

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Biffa Waste Services Limited. As a Waste Management Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the waste and recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
