About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Controller to join our team at ExamWorksUK.

The successful candidate will have a recognised Chartered Accountancy qualification and experience in statutory reporting and compliance.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive finance strategy, guiding decision-making through monthly board meetings, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Finance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive finance strategy aligned with the group's overall business objectives.
  • Guide Decision-Making: Guide decision-making through monthly board meetings and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including management accounts, statutory accounts, and tax returns.
  • Manage Risk and Cash Flow: Manage risk and cash flow for the group, ensuring financial integrity and sustainability.
