With decades of experience, this company takes immense pride in the precision and quality of its work. As a CNC Turner, you'll be working in a large, well-lit, and well-equipped machine shop that houses state-of-the-art machinery designed for producing components to extremely tight tolerances.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is between £35k-£45k per annum, depending on experience. This full-time position comes with day shifts and an early finish on Fridays.

Job Description

As a CNC Turner, your primary responsibility will be programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes. You will also be working with Fanuc controls and should have experience working to extremely tight tolerances.

A background in working with multi-axis lathes, particularly sliding head machines or mill/turns with driven tooling, is desirable but not essential. On-the-job training is available to help you expand your skill set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert CNC Turner with the ability to program, set, and operate CNC lathes.
  • Proficient in working with Fanuc controls.
  • Experience working to extremely tight tolerances.
  • Knowledge of multi-axis lathes, particularly sliding head machines, is desirable but not essential.
