We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Land Manager to join our client's team in West Yorkshire, East Midlands, or North. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire strategic land sites to support the company's development plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and other key partners
  • Conduct thorough site analysis and due diligence to ensure optimal land use

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
