Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Land Manager to join our team based at our West Yorkshire head office in Wakefield, or our East Midlands Head office in Nottingham, or our North East head office in Sunderland, dependant on your location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire strategic land sites to support our growth plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform land acquisition decisions
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless land-to-homes delivery
