About Us
Milestones Early Learning Budgewoi is a vibrant 46 place centre made up of 3 separate rooms, from our Nursery, to Toddlers and onto our Pre-School room. Each room is unique and different to cater for all our children's needs from birth to 5 years.
We are a dedicated, passionate and caring team who thrive on building strong, trusting relationships with families and the children. Our amazing outdoor environment, complete with our own vegetable garden and worm farm, is designed to promote and encourage learning and development in all areas.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to support our educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Support our educators to implement programs and follow the EYLF
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning
- Build a strong rapport with our families and educators
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded
About You
We are looking for someone who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, and has a current Working with Children's Check. You will also have a passion to develop our little learners and be committed to delivering a lifelong learning approach.
