We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps.
About the Role:As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities, games, and crafts that promote social interaction, teamwork, and personal growth.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and for reporting any incidents or concerns to the camp management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a group of children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Plan and deliver activities, games, and crafts that promote social interaction, teamwork, and personal growth
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Report any incidents or concerns to the camp management
- 17 years old or over
- Available to work during the school holidays
- UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
- Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
- Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
- Have initiative and ability to work independently
- Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given)
- Competitive rates of pay and flexible hours
- Pick and choose the holidays you are available to work in
- Enjoy your weekends off Our camps operate Monday - Friday only
