Group Leader

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Group Leaders for our award-winning day camps in Kingston. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
About the Role:- Lead a group of children in various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, and arts & crafts.
- Initiate games and activities that promote teamwork and social skills.
- Ensure the welfare needs of all children are met, including providing support and guidance as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
- 17 years old or over.
- Available to work during the school holidays.
- UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's.
- Bags of energy and enthusiasm.
- Passion for working with children.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Awareness of safeguarding children (training will be given).
- Competitive rates of pay and flexible hours.
- Pick and choose the holidays you are available to work in.
- Enjoy your weekends off - our camps operate Monday - Friday only.
