Team Lead, Administration

Job Overview
As a key member of our Administration Team, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Reporting directly to the Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Admin Specialists in achieving delivery targets and meeting customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, Admin Team Leader, and DSV warehouse Supervisors/Management to achieve delivery targets and meet customer requirements.
- Ensure Admin Specialists are correctly using DSV tools to source and utilize best rates for suppliers and capture all costs associated with achieving contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Admin Team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the Administration Team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- 4 GSCE's or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of Team Leader experience
- 2 years' experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Red Prairie)
- Good Team Player
- Full driving license
- CargoLink, SAP experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
