About the Role
  • Build, lead, develop, and inspire a team through the delivery of our leadership culture.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and successful launch of the new lounge.
  • Recruit, support, and manage employee relations and people development to deliver an efficient and high-quality service.
  • Monitor service levels, coach the team to improve speed and quality, and plan effective mobilization or refresh of facilities.
  • Review and manage financial performance, including COSHH, Food Safety, Fire Safety, H&S, alcohol, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in the hospitality sector with a proven track record of high-end delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful management experience, capable of prioritizing spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Computer literacy on mainstream PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment principles and the ability to identify, plan for, and minimize risks to the service and operation.
