Deputy Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure they are within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
