About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing financial information, generating reports, and managing queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and process financial data into our database system.
  • Conduct various financial calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Excel to create detailed reports and visualizations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a well-organized inbox and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to share financial information and support business decisions.
Requirements
  • A strong background in administration, preferably in a finance-related role.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
