We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Luggage Handler to join our team at The Cliffe Norton Hotel, Tenby. As a Hotel Luggage Handler, you will be responsible for assisting hotel guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist guests with their luggage, including checking in and out, and storing luggage in a secure area.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the front of house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the luggage storage area.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
