Hotel Luggage Handler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Luggage Handler to join our team at The Cliffe Norton Hotel, Tenby. As a Hotel Luggage Handler, you will be responsible for assisting hotel guests with their luggage, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of our front of house team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist hotel guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the front of house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
