Portman Dental Care is a reputable 4-surgery practice in Wantage, Oxfordshire, seeking a skilled Practice Manager to join their team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues, ensuring patient-centered care, and driving practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to practice colleagues, ensuring effective day-to-day management and logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to drive practice growth and increase revenue opportunities
- Manage the practice's financial performance, ensuring effective financial management and compliance
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a caring atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high level of health and safety standards
- Perform ad-hoc receptionist and nursing duties, as required

Requirements
- Strong business and team leadership skills
- Commercially astute, with sales, target, and KPI-driven experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CQC registered and knowledgeable in CQC and compliance
- Ability to maintain and market the practice within set budgets
